Item description critically flawed. Expensive 1860s cue rack was 1) listed as "revolving". Not true, as seller concedes. 2) Said to be fully "restored". Not true, even subjectively. Non-revolving pre-1900 cue racks in as-is condition fetch far less than RESTORED REVOLVING examples. After several attempts to settle dispute due to HIS negligence with a more than fair $500 refund, seller 'James' refused to honor his obligation to us as trusting buyers. Rack now under restoration. Never again w/RHA
