Unfortunately, DHL mismanaged (they empathically stated buyer got the first package) the first package and buyer asked for a replacement. Replacement was shipped on 04/15 and on the same day he asked to cancel but it was too late. Buyer received the replacement in 3 days , not 2 weeks. He then returned the replacement and got his refund. Ebay has been notified of these false allegations.
