I initially received an incorrect product and reached out to report the issue and sent a picture. They were very kind to send a replacement and within a few days I received a set of stretch laces as ordered. Except, I ordered one pair of blue laces and a pair of black. Instead I received a white and a black. I reached back out and once again customer service was exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way and had new laces sent.
