Listen. There is no doubting the quality and workmanship of this jacket. It is by the best coat I have, and I have a good number of leather coats/jackets. However, should you decide to buy one, be prepared to wait for for a considerable time. I have to mark this company down as, I found some of the staff members rude and abrasive. That said, I was growing inpatient, but as of this morning, I feel a little better. I would like to order some more of the jackets but I won’t do this again.

Impatient buyer - Hand-made jacket (made on order), Ebay listing showed estimated delivery date. Jacket got delivered 2 days before estimated delivery date. Buyer repeatedly enquired about delivery, threatening to cancel, return & file dispute due to 'delay'. Ebay would not allow him to file dispute - as there was NO delay. Did not return. Nice things takes time.
