The parcel came 2 days late,the box was badly damaged. the part didn't fit even after stating in the description that it does, sent a message no reply, so rang the company to get cut off twice after being on hold for half an hour, just to be told its going to be of extra cost to me to post it back. Which will take another week before I get a new one or refund. What a disgrace. And it won't even let me selet negative feedback, how convenient

However item was delivered by Evri wrong time, a day late and sending Misleading messages regarding your parcel . If I had known Evri was the delivery agent I'd have bought elsewhere just due too the fact that Evri was the courier. Sorry because your a excellent ebay seller.

Ordered a right hand caliper got sent a left hand caliper. contacted seller, i was asked to provide pictures. and then was offered a couple of choices. i opted to return thru ebay wrong item sent. I received a full refund within 36 hours. So not a horrible experience just a little bit annoying.
