Nice card, but poor packing caused it to be damaged. Other cards received in the same post batch were all OK. It's fine to re-use old envelopes and pieces of card, but the result must be strong enough to protect the card. The thin piece of Maltesers card was not sufficient!
I did not appreciate your unhelpful "brush off" reply when I contacted you. Most sellers are more helpful.
