    We are so sorry for hearing that!! I’m sure the item was inspected before the shipping. We assume it was the carrier’s handling issue?! Basically, you should contact us before you left your negative comments. First open a return request and wait for solving your issue, if we don’t respond to your request, then you have all the right to reportinge us. Did you requested for a return and refund and we refused?? Did you work with eBay’s customer service?? Unfortunately, you don’t !!
