The communication with the seller was the weak point during the transaction. I had asked questions before I purchased the item and never got an answer, the item was quite a bit overpriced but the only one on eBay, so my issue, I bought it anyway. After purchase communication was again very slow and item was sent 4 days after PayPal purchase.
