The item was broken in transit so the merchant gave me a refund. I sent a pic of the broken item. However, I would have preferred that he replace the item instead.

I apologize again that the blind was damaged in transit. If I Would have had a replacement, i would have sent it, but I only ever had one for sale - it was a "one off" item. I assume the full refund you received was sufficient. I appreciate your business and wish UPS had done a better job.
