    In 10 years with Ebay we and several others familiar with this purchase and ebay rep informing us that the seller was a well rated. They have denied our Ebay guarantee are leaving ebay .We Explained what happened to several representitives on Sept 12and we were informed to wait until Sept 16 and ebay would send us the return documents and we should not be worried as they have us covered..On tuesday we were denied with no recourse .We have been lied to and cheated of $ 650.00 .
