      I ordered this batch by trying to find an amylase powder that was higher in alpha amylase content than the purchase from the previous vendor, who had sold me a blend with 4% alpha amylase/96% corn sugar. I sought out a higher amylase content product. I was told that this seller had a product less than 40% amylase, but much higher than the 4% of the other purchase. Plus, the amylase was to be blended with a yeast nutrient instead of dextrose. I opened package and added 3 TBSP. It was the same.
