The seller was super helpful and kind. USPS sent me a message that it was delivered and it wasn’t. USPS made a mistake and the seller explained to me what happened and assured me I would get the next day or so. They said if I don’t they would help me to claim the shipping insurance and a refund. It arrived the very next day as they said. Wonderful experience overall.
