My item took a month to be delivered to me. I didn’t mind that because I knew it was coming from over seas and could take awhile. But it took them two weeks to ship it and I had no idea when or if they were going to mail it. I messaged them but never got a reply back. Received the incorrect version of the bag. Bought 2020 version received 2019 version with no back pocket. Contacted the seller, got back offering to send the 2020 version, great. However three weeks so far and nothing happened. Chased up a few times, despite very polite replies, no action. Latest communication was over a week ago promised 2020 version would be on its way within a few days. I guess I will never see the 2020 version. Sad.
