DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. 4W non dimmable bulbs supplied rather than the 7W dimmable bulbs paid for (I did use a modern electrical power meter and in any case they were obviously far too dim). Seller was incredibly unhelpful, obstructive, and dishonest in communication. STILL trying to get a refund some weeks after delivery: first eBay involvement didn't work.

Of course I contacted the seller first: the seller spent well over week refusing to refund me. After I asked eBay to get involved, the seller initially offered a refund, but ignored my request for them to pay return postage or even provide a return address.. ALL THIS SELLER'S REPLIES TO MY VERY MANY CONTACTS WITH THEM WERE UNHELPFUL, DISHONEST, AND/OR OBSTRUCTIVE.
