    One of two items arrived in pieces. Both were shipped in one box with no bubble wrap to protect them. The broken bust is vintage and basically irreplaceable. I explained the situation and shared photos with the seller, who accused me of lying, then asked what I felt was fair compensation, to which I responded half, and then ceased all communication. Really disappointing.
