Also they say IF I retract my negative they will refund me. I told them numerus times to refund me for the item that never arrived & I will redo the feedback as appropriate. They still keep messaging me & nothing gets resolved. I've told them again to either refund my money or just stop messaging me. I get a very negative attitude and rude reply then calm msg repeating the offer again next? STOP HARRASSING ME!
