Appears tested, not new without box as stated. Rollerballs from this brand are dry when new and don't release perfume until they've been rolled. Both arrived wet and easily moved like they've been started. I will say It's possible it was just stored on its side. Either way, will keep to avoid hassle and put in a spray bottle, just in case. In photos you can see where the one side of the black rollerball is stained by perfume either from pooling from use or being improperly stored sideways.
