FAST FOWARD I SHIPPED BACK THE 1 BLADE I RCVD AND SELLER OPENED A CASE SAYING I DID NOT RETURN 6 BLADES WHICH I DID NOT GET. THE SELLER ACCUSED ME OF SENDING BACK INCORRECT ITEM. I RETURNED THE 1 BLADE I WAS SHIPPED AND SELLER CALLED ME A LIAR. THIS IS A VERY BAD WAY TO TREAT A BUYER I WAS TOTALLY HONEST WITH SELLER THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO TREAT A HONEST BUYER -- SELLER SHOULD BE ASSAMED.Reply from: douglasgoods- Feedback replied by seller douglasgoods.- Feedback replied by seller douglasgoods.Did not call buyer a liar- totally untrue. Buyer returned one blade to us that we don't even sell for a full refund of six blades that we shipped. Our tracking shows our package to customer weighed 12.70 pounds per UPS- weight for six blades- not one. Buyer was refunded in full by ebay even though buyer returned only one blade- not six. He was refunded in full.
