I ordered this item in the beginning of December, it still has not been shipped yet. Paid $200 for item, hoping to wear it to holiday parties....nothing. Had to contact seller to ask where item was and was told it would be mailed the next day. Nothing. When I click on tracking #, it does not show that it's been dropped off. I'm wondering if I got scammed and I'd like the item, but I'm disgusted. I can't rate the item because I have NEVER received it
