    Seller Provided a tested product in a timely manor just as described. Seller went out of his way to help with an issue that adversely affected the product but was not his responsibility. he is providing a replacement dimmer even though all indications pointed to the first being ruined once recieved by a short in the wiring. Great business practices!

    thank you. We sent him another dimmer on our dime as their vehicle had an alarm that was frying the dimmers (including the 1st one we sent). he figured it out and removed that alarm. no more issues. Though not our fault, we gladly help out others when they reach out to us and explain what happened. Honesty IS the best policy. Thank you again, and if you need anything else, message us here.
