Unfortunately the memory foam would not expand from being vacuum packed. The seller answered my email promptly and was very courteous. I sent pictures per the request and the seller offered a full refund of the purchase before I could even reply that that would be good. Highly recommend this seller as honest and reputable. ++++

- a***t (1562)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe plastic body is tough, the legs are heavy and sturdy, but the screws that hold it all together are so short that you can hardly manage to get them through 2 sheets of the plastic housing at some critical points! It was a 'bear' to work with those. If they'd just put 1/16-1/8 more inch screws in there, it would have been 75% easier. As it was, just about terrible to try to work in the dark inside the housing and screw yet from the outside without feeling the screw even come through.
