I placed an order for NCY brands and they sent me the NCY springs for the clasp and the SSP-G torque spring when the kit was complete NCY and they were not responsible for my order when the error was from the store. If I order something complete NCY it is supposed to be NCY and if it is not there, they give me reasons. Our shipping dept. made a mistake and we tried to fix it. We offered to pay for the return and send another NCY spring out for this customer.
