It has about .010"-.012" backlash in the cross slide screw and no certification for run-out but it seems to be machined and ground pretty well. It should work fine for the light aluminum work I intend it for.

As it’s broken, I can’t use it and just had to throw it out, but at least they gave me a full refund so I was very appreciative that I didn’t have to deal with the hassle of returning it and just had to order a new one. I would definitely work with the seller again! The item was exactly as described other than missing a chunk of the plastic outer part of the tail light assembly probably from shipping.
