    Here’s the rub of it , sometimes things go wrong & how the seller deals with it has to commended. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent, seller offered to refund the return item. Communication during this time was good, prompt and timely. There was no BS etc & I was refunded. Ideally I would have liked to get the pens I ordered But The seller dealt with an unfortunate situation in an honourable manner.

    The guy who I contacted was pleasant enough & they issued me a refund. My issue with this purchase is I ordered two items that are extremely rare, and they both did not arrive. I allowed 10 weeks, & I cannot help but think because of the items rarity they decided not to send them. Worse than that they clearly were not going to say anything & keep my $80. Had I not raised this issue when I did I would have lost my money. I will never order from pomshop again & would recommend not to order from th
