      We bought a phone and our phone service provider (Merlin Telecommunications) believed the phone may have previously been registered to another company. This complicated matters and Merlin (whom specialize in such issues) could not get the phone registered on our system. Unfortunately we didn't attempt to fit the phone until after the 14 day return window had passed. Contacted the seller who refused to accept the return request. No explanation provided.

      Buyer purchased the handsets and after a month wanted to return but the return window had already passed. Phone was reset and ready to use abit unfare to leave feedback when it was clearly down to the buyers.
