The plug is different style andinspot but they send an adapter to plug-in to the OEM plug… Resistor is identical to the OEM 2014 Anyway, it worked just fine So the only difference is the OEM has the plug on top of the motor and diff style and this one they send the plug is in the middle of the motor but they send the adapter.. seems to be working fine
