- o***i (659)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseFine part, Fine price, and as others have reported, terrible packing: Leads bent and smashed on a 15 pin IC package with staggered through hole leads. Its usable, but a complete pain to bend the leads to fit their intended holes and still mount to a heat sink. Even a little bubble wrap or cardboard stiffener would have helped prevent damage.
