Product is just as described. Heavy thick base plate and bearing. Good quality metal components and design. The design allows for the top pivot to be used with any of the two components on the top and the other on the door. In our case, it is a gate with no top header so a heavy Stainless Steel bar provides top support and the top pivot component is bolted to this heavy header bar. Good service and fair pricing. Highly recommend this seller and product.
