    Our shipping dept accidentally switched labels with another order. During our end of day audit we identified this and immediately contacted the buyer to inform them of our error and to apologize in advance. Refund was granted. There was a language barrier that prolonged this return which we also apologize for. This was an honest mistake that we 100% owned.

    Nice clean radio but it arrived and I tried to program the radio with it's required CPS-1 for the firmware in the radio. No Go! Could not get into the radio from the back port or the microphone port. Took the radio to a Motorola service shop and they confirmed the issue. I will be returning the radio.
