      Thank you for the feedback. We apologise for the long wait. Although the order was shipped on time (1st Oct) via the selected Royal Mail International Economy service, the parcel was held by French customs for an extended period of time (released on 15th Oct). We filed an investigation request with the courier. In the meanwhile, we are looking for an alternate courier for shipment to the EU. Thank you so much for your understanding; we hope you like our products.
