The black ink tank was cracked causing it to leak heavily inside my printer creating a huge mess. In addition all of the chips that were attached to the ink tanks were glued to the wrong side of the cartridge causing the printer to not initially read them. to get them to read I had to peel the chips off, and then glue them to the correct side of cartridge. Also one of the ink syringes was cracked and unusable.
