    Buyer got an item for free and still leaves negative feedback? Sorry ladies and gentleman I really can't do much more than that. Items sell for $11.99 each, recieved and offer for $10, I wrongly assumed for ONE as that is a couple of dollars off my sell price. Nope they threw in for quantity 10 and I missed it. Not giving an 83% discount, and said as much. Explained it was a mistake on my part, gave a refund and told them to keep the item. I guess that isn't enough for some people.
