    Der Artikel ist, soweit ich das nach so kurzer Zeit beurteilen kann, in Ordnung. Nur bei der Kommunikation ist leider noch viel Luft nach oben. Ich hatte den Verkäufer angeschrieben, sofort nachdem ich die Bestellung abgeschickt hatte. Funkstille. Eine kurze Antwort hätte weniger als eine Minute gedauert und mir einiges an organisatorischem Aufwand erspart. Das fand ich nun doch ärgerlich.
