    The ratchet doesn't fit into the machine; it doesn't fit completely into the slot. It's sold as "new," but it didn't meet my expectations. I know it's a work machine, and aesthetically I shouldn't pay too much attention to it, but these small details left me dismayed. The gray metal casing looks like it's about to detach itself from the threader, and eventually, once I put it to work, it will come off. More than "new" it seems reconditioned.
