Very poor shipping. Paid $325 for loose packing and the base broke off in shipping. Although it was shipped insured no help or answer from seller when I needed to make a shipping insurance claim. Initially seemed like it was going to be a great transaction but it ended badly. That's why it is neutral feedback rather than negative.
