After purchasing, I asked the seller to confirm the DVDs were fine. They replied they did not know and suggested I look elsewhere. I immediately requested cancellation and refund several times, but they ignored me and shipped the order anyway. This shows disregard for clear buyer requests and no certainty about the item’s condition. Completely unprofessional.
