I ordered (10 ea.) of an IDEAL # 44-104 wire marker booklets, however I received (9 ea.) of what the listing showed and (1 ea.) of another brand that I cannot use. I contacted the seller and very professionally asked them to correct the issue. They immediately became argumentative and refused to honor their listing and my request. They even went as far as to threaten locking my account with eBay because they didn't like what I had to say.
