When using the pass through rod, you'll only be able to use the -30mm offset side, and you'll need to have the prism lined up with the instrument as square as possible. The little black stub pictured allows you to use a 5/8" thread tip, and either the -30mm or 0mm offset.

Sliding mini 360 with a built in bubble has been on my wishlist for a while. The only slight issue is the hole for the rod to pass through is slightly oversized. Maybe 0.001-0.002' of play. Not enough to worry about for construction surveying, but something to be aware of if you're a stickler for precision fit on a budget.
