The light fixture came broke the housing was chipped and now cannot hold the ballast inside. Had to use a mixture of baking soda and professional cyanoacrylate glue, to reform the metal together in such a way that the light ballast could be anchored inside with the screw receptacle that was chipped away while broken, which shouldn't be the case because it should be clean and new like, not broken cast aluminum. Lastly, I reached out to the cellar with numerous messages and no response.
