I used my existing battery to set up as it was already charged and everything o.k. but when the battery ran down it would not recharge using the cradle but would using the side lead. Tested all the connections and battery and found that the USB mains plug supplied by TT to connect the cradle did not work. Used our own spare plug and now all great. Very pleased.
