    I placed my order for a Ralph Lauren Sweater. The seller had my money and waited a whole week to notified me he did not have the sweater. He offered a sweater of lesser quality. I said no and wanted my refund. I will NEVER do business again with "esquirestore." TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
