The listing said the pre-owned item was in "great" shape- I wouldn't use the word great to describe it in any way. I should've passed it up when they didn't have close-up pictures, but loved the design and thought I'd risk it & I regret it- especially since I had to pay return shipping. The frame was sound but pretty banged up, the canvas had several holes in the back and a huge rust line/beginnings of hole in the bottom, several stains (some looked like mildew),& dirty socks in the side pocket
