The does are no true to the American size. For mor than 50 years I been wearing a size 9w ir 91/2. I did received the shoes and open the box I can tell they were way to big, even though the mark 91/2. The shoes looks more an 11. I requested an exchange and the option I was offered was a return , me paying $16.00 shipping, refund and then reorder. No a good way to do business. If they can't afford absorb the cost of the return, at least upon receiving the shoes send the 81/2replacement.

This is a beautifully-crafted shoe made for casual dancing or just showing off in one’s evening wear. The heel is solid and yet comfortable, with a well-gauged arch, but the stitching and the workmanship to be found on the two leather uppers are perhaps the outstanding features. Besides, they came well-packaged and wrapped in a sturdy box that arrived two days after the order was placed.
