    Boots are advertised as a MEN'S size 13. Boot actually measured 11.5 inches. This equates to a WOMAN'S size 13. Box had incorrect labeling on it, indicating MEN'S size. In the photo, compare the seller's size 13 boot on the right to an actual MEN'S size 13 boot on the left! Normally, I wouldn't leave ANY feedback, as a refund was issued. BUT, the seller suggested that it was my fault for ordering the wrong size!! The negative feedback is a reflection of poor customer service and a fraudulent ad.
