Due to delivery issues had to raise a case with E Bay due seller delaying by replying wait another day every time but in sellers defence did eventually offer to resend but ignored refund request so E Bay stepped in and refunded the payment.
It's good to know E Bay are out there when needed, and had seller refunded as requested then would have submitted same but probably positive rather than neutral
