Also, it came from Bangkok to Ottawa in four days and then sat "on hold" for a week and a half in Ottawa. DHL wanted more money and were texting me on my landline. When they phoned, I gave them another $25 and got the cover the next day. I cannot use this cover, but I don't really know how to send it back.
