The stock airbox design is trash so this is a definite upgrade. The clean air side has an unsealed bolt through it that is certain to leak and result in dust coming through. I remedied with a rubber washer which should have been standard. The tabs don’t line up perfectly. You’ve gotta leave them loose to get the bolts in and then you can tighten everything down but getting to a few bolts is a nightmare.Reply from: cfm-performance-atv- Feedback replied by seller cfm-performance-atv.- Feedback replied by seller cfm-performance-atv.The bolt that you mention is sealed, selling these for over 10 years without a single leak. Adding a rubber washer is not a bad idea but certainly not necessary. The mounting brackets do line up perfectly if you leave them a little loose until all are mounted to the frame and then tighten. Sorry Polaris did not leave us more room to work with. Some of the bolts take a little time and patience to access, but they only need to be tightened once.
