I appreciate aline67's thoughtful concern to protect the briefcase during shipping. But it was bubble-wrapped so tightly that the briefcase was pancaked. That resulted in the briefcase looking like an accordion from the side. Over weeks, I "shoehorned" a rolled bath towel to mold the briefcase eventually back into shape. Otherwise, I'm happy with my purchase.
