The seller accidentally sent the wrong item, then offered a partial refund. I wanted to return the item for a full refund instead and the return address was somewhere in Asia instead of the US like the seller's listed location and the seller did not provide a prepaid shipping label for it. Had to wait a full week or so then finally eBay had to jump in and issue a refund instead. not much communication from the seller after they said "you pay for the shipping, we will pay you later".
