Nothing wrong with the product but it turns out the battery was not compatible with the camera. It fitted OK but the contacts didn't match up to the terminals in the camera. I'd advise all camera battery buyers to check compatibility before they buy. Often sellers don't know the details themselves. I got a refund - so no problems with the seller.
